All course and functions will take place at Caesar’s Palace.  Townie Meeting, LLC has negotiated a group block rate of $189 per night.  Please call 866-227-5944 and use townie code: SCTOW1  to receive the lower rate.  The block rate expires April 4, 2011 or when the block fills up, whichever comes first.  Last year, we sold out in  January for the 2010 Townie Meeting, so make your reservations today!

Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellations must be received two (2) days prior to your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. In the event of a no-show, all deposits will be forfeited and your remaining room nights will be cancelled.

  • Attendees do not need to sign up for individual courses- all courses are open (except Wednesday workshops)
  • Poker Tournament requires pre-registration.  Registration fee is $250 per person.
